They are also looking after many High Profile cases like Maintenance/Divorces of Important People and Title Suits/Partition Suits/Probate of Prime Properties. They represent clients in Important Writ Matters the Most sensational being the Land Grabbing case involving a Minister whose wrongful grabbing and subsequent registration was cancelled by the Jharkhand Government thus protecting his clients rights. They are representing a former Director General of Police in a Service Writ matter for getting her Retiral Dues as the Bihar Government had lost 5 years of her service records when she was serving on deputation. They have secured bail for the accused in a widely reported case in the news, the accused has duped hundreds of people on the pretext of getting them a job in Doordarshan. In the year 2021 Abhishek Sinha was appointed to the post of Associate Councel for the Government of Jharkhand in the Office of the Advocate General which he resigned after 7 months as he was overwhelmed by his own cases. He has assisted in drafting several Municipal Byelaws for The Ranchi Municipal Corporation which was adopted by Corporations all over Jharkhand. He started practising at the District Court for a few years then moved to the Hon’ble High Court of Jharkhand before practicing Independently. Now he and his associates practice throughout Jharkhand in most of the courts. They are go for matters in various districts like Dhanbad, Jamshedpur, Bokaro, Hazaribagh, Khunti, Chatra and other Districts.
